Why do I need two separate apps?

We have created a separate app specifically for your pets for a few good reasons.

Creating Huply as a standalone app and website has allowed us to design everything around your pets. There are some additional features that make more sense in a pet product. To start with, we’ve designed a dedicated ‘Records’ section to store medical details, create reminders, note important dietary information, keep insurance or birth registration details, and any other important information to make taking care of your pet easier.

And going forward, we will develop features relevant to your pets in Huply, and those better suited to your children in BackThen. Separate apps allow us greater flexibility to manage product development.

Finally, as some of you only have children, and others just pets, it’s simpler to have two different products that speak to each audiences’ needs. But for those of you with children and pets, BackThen and Huply work together seamlessly to make managing all your family memories easier. See how here.
